S’mores Cupcakes

The highlight of my baking were these s’mores cupcakes. I got the recipe from Sew Darn Cute. And they really are damn cute. I love them. Oh, and they tasted wonderful (of course, I love marshmallow cream, so that’s probably why). But seriously delicious. Those are graham cracker crumbs on the top. My frosting was a little melty again though. I think I added too much marshmallow cream.

now these suckas look good. how well do they keep if they are mailed from CA to FL? If you don’t know you should try it and recruit someone in FL to report back.
