For dinner last night, I made chicken pot pie. Quite delicious. Not really sure how healthy it is given the pastry crust but definitely some good comfort food. For dessert we had No Pudge brownies. They are delicious. Super easy to make and much healthier (or at least lower in calories) than normal brownies. We find they are best the next day after being refrigerated over night. Makes them good and chewy.
