Cupcakes gone wrong

So you know how all the cupcake recipes you read always tell you to let the cupcakes cool before you frost them? They’re not kidding.

I was in a rush to go to a party on Friday and had promised the hostess that I would bake cupcakes. Well, since I was in a rush, I didn’t wait for them to cool. One by one on the way there, the frosting slid off each one. It was very sad. Three of them did get eaten. One by me. And to be honest, it was kinda gross. I think all the butter from the frosting melted into the cupcake, leaving a super sweet sugary mess on top.

So let this be a lesson to everyone: let the cupcakes cool before frosting them!
