Chocolate Meringue Cupcackes
Yes, I know. More cupcakes. I have numerous other things to post, but haven’t had time to take pictures. I will. Promise.
Meanwhile, here is a picture of some Chocolate Meringe Cupcakes I made. I was trying to recreate the Old-Fashioned cupcake I had from Miette and I think I did a reasonable job. I brought them to a party on Sunday and I got to use my Cupcake Courier. Yay!

Hmm . . . I will see if I can figure out how to mail cupcakes . . . might be an interesting project if you’re willing to be a guinea pig.
Those cupcakes do look cool–especially the tie dye one. Gotta try that.
