Jerk chicken meatballs . . . well the ingredients at least

I was making meatballs the other day from The Meatball Shop Cookbook. I’ve been quite happy with this cookbook. The meatballs have been delicious. The best part is that most of them are super easy. You just toss all the ingredients in, mix them up and cook. It makes enough for 6 people usually, but they freeze up well so it’s the gift that keeps giving when you have dinner for 2 more nights. The picture above is all the ingredients for the jerk chicken meatballs. I thought the mix of colors of the ingredients was cool. The meatballs were spicy but delicious.
