Food Friday: Asian Noodle Soup
Just wanted to share this Asian noodle soup I made the other day. Had rice noodles and shrimp in it. It looks pretty. And it came out okay. But just okay. Given the effort it took to make it chopping things, I probably won’t make it again.

Shrimp dumplings
One more quick post for tonight. I made shrimp stir fry (ingredients are below although I don’t have a picture of the finished item) and shrimp dumplings, both from Cooks Illustrated recipes.
